Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.*

We will estimate the transit times for you based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Shipping provider (UPS, USPS, etc) transit time guaranties will follow the respective provider guidelines guaranty schedule.

We reserve the right to combine orders that are shipping to the same address.

* Customers are responsible for any VAT and customs charges that may apply.

Handling

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day (unless noted in the item store listing) and with exception of national holidays; with your selected shipping choice during your checkout. In rare cases, a 1-3 business day may be required.

Return Policy

You may return new items* within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ex: you received an incorrect item).

Return Authorization (RMA#)

If you need to return an item, simply go to our contact page and submit the online form containing the order number, the full name and email address used at time of order.  We will reply back with instructions for the return process and an RMA#.  We reserve the right to reject a return that does not have an authorized RMA#.

Any commercial use may return new items* within 7 days of delivery and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  RMA for any commercial use will not be authorized beyond 7 days of delivery.  Orders totaling more than $399.99 in any 30 day period will automatically be considered a commercial use.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.*

Restocking Fees

Any order consisting of like items (with the same model number) and/or a single customer within a 30-day purchase of multiple orders, with purchase(s) totaling more than $399.99 will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Commercial or Large Order Use Manufacture Warranty

Orders totaling more than $399.99 in any 30 day period will automatically be considered a commercial use.  Any commercial use will only be eligible for a 90 day manufacture warranty.  Any commercial customer will be responsible for shipping cost to return the product(s) for repair or replacement. If the product(s) are returned and deemed not a manufacture defective product(s) Thought Out will not repair, replace or return these product(s) at our cost.

Denied, Rejected or Unclaimed Packages

A return of a denied, rejected or unclaimed package will be subject to a 40% restocking fee and the return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.

Undeliverable Packages

An undeliverable return of a package by the carrier, that is not the result of our error may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund.

Promotional and/or Shipping Incentives

Any order that is returned within the return policy time frame and qualified for free shipping will be subject to shipping costs deducted from the refund.

*Item must be non-defective, have all original packaging, and no missing parts.  If your return does not meet these standards, you may be subject to either a 15% restocking fee or you may not eligible for a refund.
